  4.    This is a generic text file designed to cover this series of
  5. PostScript fonts that were originally designed for the Macintosh
  6. and which I converted for use on the IBM.  Some are public
  7. domain, some freeware, and some are shareware.  Look at the
  8. documentation provided by the author, if available, to find out
  9. exactly what your obligation is if you want to use the font.

  11.    In some cases, documentation was not available or was in a
  12. format other than ASCII (like Hypercard, MacWrite, etc.).  I have
  13. tried to include a more specific text file covering the font in
  14. such cases.  Information I provide may not be complete but is the
  15. best that I can gather from browsing the non-ASCII documentation
  16. files.

  18.    In most cases, I have included the PFA and AFM files, if
  19. available.  I have dropped other files like screen font files
  20. that are utterly useless to an IBM user.
  21.  
  22.    I want to remind you that some free fonts are not public
  23. domain and you should not make any changes to them.  In the case
  24. of shareware fonts, please register those that you like and use
  25. so that we can encourage their authors to make new ones available
  26. for our use.

  28.    These series of fonts are supported for use in WordPerfect 5.1
  29. in Release 6 of WPUS1.ALL or later (WPUS16.ZIP or later).
